Ricolo Privacy Policy

This policy describes Ricolo for iOS, provided by Stefan Strandberg. Features may vary by app version and whether Apple services are available.

Data in the game

Ricolo stores game progress, settings, achievements, and local game records on your device. Ricolo does not send that data to servers operated by us. Local play does not require a Ricolo account. The app does not include advertising, analytics, or tracking services. Apple services are described below.

Device access

Ricolo does not use your camera, microphone, photo library, contacts, or location.

When you contact support

If you email ricolo@jinxed.se, your email address and the information you choose to send are used to respond to your request and investigate the issue. Do not include passwords, payment-card details, or other unnecessary personal information. You can contact the same address to request deletion of your support correspondence.

Apple services

When available and you are signed in, Ricolo uses Game Center for your player identity and leaderboard scores, and iCloud through Game Center saved games to synchronize game progress. Leaderboard scores can be visible to other players under your Game Center identity. The app uses your Game Center account identifier to keep progress associated with the correct player.

Apple handles Full Version purchases through StoreKit. Ricolo receives purchase and entitlement information so it can unlock or restore the Full Version; we do not receive your payment-card details. Apple also operates the App Store and TestFlight. Information handled by these services, including diagnostics you choose to share with Apple, is governed by Apple's privacy policy.

Your choices and stored data

You can manage Game Center, iCloud, and purchase settings through your Apple Account and device settings. Removing Ricolo removes local app data; cloud saves, leaderboard records, and Apple backups may remain separately. Contact us for help with privacy requests. We will update this policy if the way Ricolo handles data changes.

This website

This support website uses Cloudflare hosting. Cloudflare may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and secure the pages. We have not added advertising, tracking pixels, or website analytics. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
